If it does, or you believe there is a discrepancy with your balance, email provide your full name, ID, date/time of transaction, lab or printer location and reason for your refund request. If your print job fails, deduction from your print allowance should not occur. If you get a connection error while trying to print a document, logout and log back in again at the same computer.
Log in to to track recent print jobs or jobs pending release. Once printing is complete the funds will be deducted from your balance. If you need to cancel the print job you can still do so by following the prompts on the copier display screen (click "Delete"). Your OneCard is used as an identifier only and not for payment during this step. Ensure you select Grayscale if you do not want to output your documents in Colour. Go to the copier and release the job by swiping your Laurier OneCard and follow the prompts on the screen. Your print job will now be held in the queue. Open the document you wish to print and type Ctrl-P or select "File" > "Print" from the menu bar. Log in using your Laurier Network ID and password.
